Are you a Great Role Model?

In this month's Mentorview, Rebecca Finley shares the twists and turns of her career.  Are you a great role model to your young pharmacists?  Managers are the single most important factor in determining whether pharmacists will stay or leave.  What does your behavior teach your staff?  Often, complaints you as a manager hear from your staff start with your own behavior.  Managers who don't return phone calls, treat staff rudely, or arrive late to work are silent lessons of what kind of behavior is acceptable.  Now ask yourself, are you great role model?
