This Salary Review
of 2002 has been provided by Hospital & Healthcare
Compensation Service (HCS). Founded in 1971, HCS
provides high-level, professional consulting services
to meet the specialized needs of the healthcare
industry in all areas of human resource management. In
conjunction with its consulting services, HCS conducts
an extensive ongoing program of research on wages,
salaries and benefits in the healthcare field.
