Tony DiRomualdo Founder, Next Generation Workplace.
Tony is a researcher, author, consultant and founder of Next Generation Workplace. One of his passions is research - and in particular, understanding the business practices of people-centered, high-performance organizations. In the course of his work, Tony has done thousands of interviews with executives and professionals around the world.  He has led over two-dozen multi-company research studies, and produced pragmatic frameworks and tools that have been applied widely by leading international organizations. Tony has also authored numerous reports, articles, case studies and publications based on his research.  His articles have appeared in business publications and academic journals including MIT Sloan Management Review and The Human Factor, a publication of the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

Professor Charles Jackson – PhD in Occupational Psychology.
Charles
is particularly interested in, and well-researched on, how individuals manage and develop their careers in a rapidly changing labor market. With a background in occupational psychology, he has extensive experience of advising organizations on strategies for career development. Current and recent projects include research for learndirect on employment and training advice for professional, healthcare, and other skilled refugees, and a European study for CEDEFOP of career guidance provision to support workforce development. Other research interests include the development of self-help career interventions and understanding the skills graduates, professionals and knowledge workers need to manage their careers effectively.. His book 'Understanding Psychological Testing' was published by the British Psychological Society in 1996. Charles was educated in the United Kingdom at Nottingham and Aston Universities, and he has also been an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Paul BarnesFounder, NOW Publishing.
Paul has 20 years of experience writing, researching, and publishing on the demographics, and effective employment practices, of users and providers in Long-term care, Nursing, and Pharmacy. Paul, who possesses an MA and BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, has been at healthcare’s recruitment advertising forefront since 1992, innovatively developing media and solutions to help providers attract Nurses and Pharmacists. In his career, the publications Paul has started or directed have served well over 2,500 hospitals, numerous Long-term care facilities, Pharmacies, and other national and international healthcare providers.
